A partnership project between the State and Council of Mayors SEQ

Workshops

Workshops for key interest groups

Key interest groups are having their say about the South East Queensland Regional Water Supply Strategy.

The third workshop was held on 7 April. Three major bulk water supply options were discussed, along with issues and questions raised at the second workshop. A hypothetical water planning exercise was also run to see what choices the participants would make regarding the provision on new bulk water sources. You can download more detailed information about the day in the workshop 3 report (PDF, 98 kB)*.

The second consultative workshop was held in February and largely focused on demand management. The workshop also provided participants with answers to many questions raised in the inaugural workshop. For more detailed information download the workshop 2 report (PDF, 117 kB)*.

The first of five workshops was held on 15 December 2005. The inaugural workshop raised some key questions and expectations which are outlined in the workshop 1 report (PDF, 87 kB)*.
