Project management of this next stage of strategy development will be carried out under the heirarchy depicted in the diagram below.
Steering Committee :

- 1 representative from each Council of Mayors SEQ member Council (18)
- 1 representative from the Council of Mayors SEQ Secretariat
- 8 State Government Representatives
- 1 representative from the South East Water Corporation (SEQWater)
- 1 representative from SunWater
- 1 representative from the Queensland Irrigators Council
- the Chair of the Steering Committee
- the Project Director
Possible further representation to be determined at the discretion of the Steering Committee
